YES IT'S CIRCLES!
It can be a circle shaped card or have circles on it, in it, popping out of it, whatever you can think of! The circles can be rounded, studded with rhinestones, scalloped, zig-zagged, layered, floral, stamped, punched, hand cut, purchased, die-cut - let's see your imagination run wild! It can be ANY THEME you like - why not make a card ready for that unanticipated event or forgotten (!) birthday!

Just letting you know, I've half done this challenge LOL. I've designed my card to cut with my Craft Robo...just need to cut and assemble.
